What to write to us about
- A method that didn't work. Tell us which guide, the fabric or surface, and what happened. Reports like this are how guides get better.
- Corrections. If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what needs changing. We fix errors and update the date.
- Stains and smells we don't cover yet. Requests help us decide what to write next.
What we do not accept
Cleaning Explained does not publish sponsored posts, guest posts written for links or paid product placements, so we will not reply to offers of that kind. Please do not send samples or products. We can't give advice on individual items by email; for valuable or delicate pieces, a professional cleaner can inspect them in person.
